Super knowledgeable!
I can't thank Michelle enough, she jumped in at the last minute with no notice on a short deadline. Her expertise was invaluable and she was great to work with. Not only did she have a lot of information about what to look for in a house but also what might or might not pass inspection and what critical things to look for. She gave smart advice and took the time to make sure that I understood everything. I highly recommend her.
