As first time home buyers we were nervous about entering the market during such a crazy time (Nov of 2020) in a market as hot as Phoenix area, however all of our anxiety and nerves went away once we started working with Chris Spalding. He is INCREDIBLY responsive (responds within minutes) which really helped because we had lots of questions.
