Michelle is incredibly intelligent and has a broad depth of knowledge about houses. She is excellent at follow-through and making sure that the deal stays on track. She's a good communicator and is a real estate investor herself, so can see beyond just a pretty (or ugly) house to the real value. She has high ethical standards and will truly represent your interests, whether as a buyer or a seller. She represented me as a buyer for a property valued at $1,000,000 and I'm thrilled with the purchase. Before we found that particular property, she tirelessly scoured and previewed the listings that met my criteria, rejecting those she didn't find were good value or good condition. That saved me a lot of time and I trust her instincts. I never felt any pressure to consider a deal. You don't always find someone to work with who has a good knowledge of housing structure as well as the professional follow-through.
