They knew how to list our house, with beautiful photographs, to show it at its best. Michelle is the best realtor that I have ever used. I wanted to sell my home for 275K and I was not expecting to sell it fast. Michelle suggested 325K and said it would sell fast. It sold at full value in 2 days! We had several offers in that time. When we started to have issues with the buyers agent, Michelle jumped in and took care of it and kept us on track for our closing. I was especially surprised when on my moving day Michelle and her daughter Emma showed up with dinner for us from my favorite Mexican food restaurant.
