Excellent during the difficult Covid period. The buyer of our former home was being difficult and having trouble finalizing his loan. The seller of this home was very impatient and Michelle was able to keep him calm and moving ahead.
We wanted to sell our home of 25 years and purchase a home in Leisure World, yet with no idea how to do it, we had to do it as easily as possible. Our first encounter with Michelle was very positive, it was obvious she knew her way around the Real Estate business. Immediately we both knew we wanted her to be our agent. We wanted to sell our home at a fair price to my grandson, or to our neighbor's son but regrettably they could not meet the criteria, so we went to the real-estate market. Her first mission was to learn who we were and focus on our individual personalities, fitting what was on the home market, with our wishes. From there we went through the gambit of available units for sale that fit our needs, even as we were not sure what we wanted. Michelle asked many questions to determine our vision of the perfect place. Somehow it worked. The number of units available was low, yet she began to show units that fit us perfectly. It was interesting, she unlocked a door, we walked in, and it was just what we wanted. Our interest was targeted, not wasting time with homes that she knew would not be of interest for us. Finally, we found one to our liking, and we made an offer. From there her professionalism was evident (and shined) as she "walked' us through the unbelievable maze of paperwork to make the sale complete. So, our experience with Michelle has been nothing but Professional, and glad to have Michelle represent us on the sale of our home, and for the purchase of our new home. Through the entire time, we had many-many questions and concerns yet, never felt we were abandoned in any way. both Linda and I are very happy with Michelle's services.

Michelle is one of the most professional, knowledgeable and reliable real estate agents I have ever worked with. I started to look for a home in California when my granddaughter was born. I was very unsure of location of type of home to look for though I knew I had to downsize a bit. It took me 2 years and three separate visits to finally decide on a home and begin the purchasing process! I had never sold and bought a home before so the paperwork and procedures were daunting, especially as I wanted to buy the home in cash and to do so had to sell my home in Florida for cash first. Michelle gave me a comprehensive view of types of homes and locations that would fit my parameters. Through multiple communications we narrowed in down to a 55+ community with a condo. I was overwhelmed by all the paper work and she took me step by step through the processes. Her team of escrow specialists supported us in a timely (and friendly) fashion. It soon became clear that my agent in Florida was not managing the paperwork in a timely or efficient manner. Michelle smoothly set up a communication chain so keep the escrow process in Florida going smoothly linked to the actions needed in California. The sale went through and I am now a happy home owner here in California. All through the process Michelle was available. Her response time was quick; I was never left waiting! Some of my questions were quite naive; however, she efficiently answered all questions as she held my hand during the process. Always calm she coordinated follow-up to my needs... and always with a smile and encouragement. I cannot recommend Michelle more highly! Wonderful
Michelle helped us purchase our first home several years ago. When we needed to upsize this year, we enlisted her help again to sell the house and buy a new one. She worked hard on both the sale and purchase, and did lots of research on things I hadn't even considered in order to help us make good decisions. She's very professional, nearly always available, and always ready to talk business. Whenever we wanted her to look up something or find something out about a house, she was happy to do so. There was never any frustration, pressure, or random communication drop-offs. Communication was excellent. During the purchase process we had her send roughly 10-15 offers on our behalf. We reviewed them all beforehand and never once noticed a mistake between what we asked her to prepare and what she sent us to sign. I appreciated the attention to detail. We felt confident in trusting her. Throughout the process, we met several other agents (e.g., at open houses), and we always felt like we were armed with the best agent in town. I had been thinking about moving for many years. I became interested in the 55+ communities and started looking at the different communities. I found a site called 55places.com, they represent communities all over the US, with detailed information. Michelle, a representative of 55 Places, got a referral, called me, and from there things took off. I truthfully wasn't sure I was brave enough to tackle a move like this by myself. I chose a great community in Las Vegas, Nevada. After talking with Michelle, I felt like it would be doable after all. She wooshed in and before I knew it, my house was staged and on the market. She was always patient and reassuring. She kept me informed and in the loop. I believe she goes above and beyond, and without her it would never have happened, and I'm very excited about it.
