I could not have been in hands better than Michelle's. Not local to the area, I was looking for the perfect place for my family's needs, but I only had a limited time during which to search. Michelle gathered my requirements and quickly made a plan appropriate to both my needs and time frame. She first plotted an efficient driving map of 50 properties located in Bradenton and Sarasota to evaluate externally. This approach, in addition to seeing from the outside what was available at my price point, got me familiar with the area. Based on this, I made a cut down to 10 or 11 properties. Michelle next showed me from the inside each of them. All this over two days! Understanding exactly for what I was looking, she knew at the same time I did when she showed me the one that was clearly the best choice for me. We continued to look at other properties, which helped to confirm in my head 'the one' was the best choice. Then she made the rest of it, usually the hard part, all very easy - offer, negotiations, purchase agreement, inspection, title insurance, walk through, settlement. Michelle is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, honest, available and pleasant to work with, and went above and beyond during the inspection process, revisiting the property post inspection to get some of my additional questions answered and to send me pictures I needed. Buying a house is never the easiest of processes, but Michelle made it as efficient, pleasant, and stress free as anyone ever could. Try her, you won't be disappointed!

Michelle has a friendly, low key manner that makes people feel at ease. She is adept at dealing with problems in a stress-free way. Michelle keeps clients well informed throughout the buying/selling process, and is always available to answer questions. She was very knowledgeable and helpful to me as I was preparing to put my house on the market, and made selling my house a pleasant experience.
