Michelle is a very laid back agent and made the purchase of our home easy and hassle free! All paperwork was sent to us electronically , so we weren't overwhelmed or inconvenienced by having to take off from work. Michelle did a wonderful job of listening to what we were looking for in a home and accommodating those wishes. She is extremely responsive and did a great job following through with various requests during the process. I did not feel pressured in any way by Michelle’s style. As previously stated, she is very laid back and approachable and it felt like we had been friends for many years. She took the time to really listen and spent walk us through things. I feel like she is very honest and truly cares about her clients, and does what she can to make the home-buying process as stress-free and seamless as possible! We appreciate all her hard work and love our new home!
