We recently used Michelle Sausedo to sell our house in the Pinnacle Crossing community. Prior to listing the property, Michelle was extremely helpful in determining what updates were needed to expedite the sale versus which ones were non-value added. She was also very helpful in providing references to reputable companies for work performed prior to listing. Michelle was instrumental in establishing a listing price that balanced desire for a quick sale versus maximizing the sales price. Once the listing went live, Michelle held an open house that weekend and received multiple offers. We ended up accepting a strong offer and closing the sale based on one of those initial offers. Finally, the best recommendation we can make is that we have used Michelle for our last 4 real estate transactions and found her to be the best Realtor we have ever enlisted (16 total transactions).
