After spending 15 minutes with Michelle during our initial consultation we knew we were talking with the right person. She is kind, professional, funny and really knows what she is doing. After touring our home and offering suggestions that might help us sell, she provided a comprehensive market analysis and explained the entire home buying & selling process to us. We were so energized after meeting with Michelle we decided to move forward ASAP even though back to school time of year isn’t usually the best to sell a home. Michelle was on it, she had the photographer out a week later Wednesday and our house on the market two days later on Friday. By Saturday morning we had received multiple offers including an offer at full asking price which we happily accepted. “The rest of the story” As soon as we accepted the offer on our home Michelle had properties lined up for us to look at the next day. Two we picked out, one she picked for us to see. The two we picked didn’t really impress us in person and we were ready to call it a day, wanting to skip the home she picked for us. It was late however she insisted we give it a chance because she felt it was a good fit for us. We’re so glad we listened to her because 20 minutes in that home and we were sold. Michelle is the best! My house sold the first weekend on the market. Had 22 showings, four offers, and sold over list. She guided me through every step of the process and linked me with a great attorney and mortgage broker. Her marketing strategies are exemplary and the brochures are unlike any I’ve seen.
