I listed 2 properties with Michelle Rypma on 11/28/22. We received offers on both parcels on 1/3 /23 and after a discussion I authorized Michelle to negotiate the offers for me in order to realize fair pricing. Michelle did the negotiations and they were for my benefit. The Closing for both properties was completed on 1/26/23. During this process there were some unusual complications that arose and Michelle handled those in a very professional manner that helped keep the deal together.
