Michelle was not my primary agent. My agent wasn’t able to assist me because of health issues. However, through thier friendship Michelle jumped in and even rearranged her scheduled obligations to assist us with getting my home sold. She went the extra mile to get us sold and moved.

Michelle is the fourth realtor that I've had and absolutely my favorite! First of all, she really feels like your advocate who cares about you and your wants/needs. She is not lazy and will work very quickly and hard to help you in any way that she can. Her service went so far beyond the normal duties of a real estate agent! She offered to help with anything we needed. Second, she is genuinely kind and empathetic. She is a very non-judgemental person who makes you feel extremely comfortable and cared about. She truly cares about all of your concerns and will not judge anyone for their life circumstances, decisions, budget, etc. Lastly, she is very knowledgeable and competent. I never once felt any doubt that she knew what she was talking about or that she lacked experience. She helped us buy a beautiful house in a great area, and it came out to under our budget. With our budget, we did not think that we would get such a lovely house in such a nice area! We have been in the house for about 5 months now and are so in love with it. Every time I look at Zillow out of curiosity to see what our current options would have been, I don't find anything that compares, and I feel immensely lucky. Throughout the process of looking at houses, she raised concerns that we hadn't thought of and helped us ask the right questions. This was how we could really tell how knowledgeable she was and the extent to which she had our best interests in mind. Best realtor ever!!!
