Mrs. Rodriguez is an exceptional real estae agent. I had the blessing of landing in her hands as I was looking to purchasing a house from out of state for my son. I had consulted with different agents before her and no one made me feel I could trust them and their knowlege on the process of buying a house when you are out of the state was very poor. I was also afried because you hear all this horrible fraud stories. But Mrs. Rodriguez was very transparent and emailed me every document. She guided me through every step of the process and made sure I understood everything. She provided me with expert advise and steered me in the right direction. The day of the closing she was very organized and coordinated everything to perfection. She did more than I espected and her knowlege about the process on how to handle long distance purchases was off the charts. She made me feel I was first priority and that I was working with a trusted friend rather than a real estate agent. She was always available and was always ahead in the process. She is very professional experieced and knowledgeable about the local market. She made buying this house such a breeze! I could not be happier and I can't thank her enough! I highly recommend her to anyone in a heart beat!
