In working with Michelle, I discovered it was not just about a listing. I was hoping to find someone like her: an agent that gets involved with a person's "life story" and needs at the moment. My situation was complex and my personal opinion is that when an agent really tries to walk in the clients' shoes they do the best job in ascertaining what is needed. We were right to pick Michelle. She was very well versed in the many complexities that we were dealing with but had the right amount of empathy to relate to our issues. Michelle also did a fantastic job of screening for details that would have been problematic for us and communicated effectively. I was very impressed and have to admit that usually, you can find an area for improvement, however, her experience just made it all seem so easy. It is much easier to do a fantastic job when you really care. She cares and takes her clients very seriously.

I had used Michelle for over 20 years in all my real estate transactions. Very professional, efficient, responsible and always answers the phone 24/7. My last investment purchase with her was 8 mo. ago. I highly recommend her for any real estate transactions.
