Michelle was the 2nd agent I worked with and she got the job done! She has a great attitude, was professional and somehow understood what I was looking for without us having an extensive conversation -which i greatly appreciated. She also advocated for me, when necessary, and asked all questions I had in my mind... She was there during closing and followed up afterwards as well to make sure everything worked out!!
