Michelle basically held our hand as first time home buyers with timely responses to our questions, sending emails for us in the negotiations process when we needed answers. Michelle truly cares about her clients and reassured us every step of the way. She would send a text asking is there anything she can assist us with just because she needed my fiancé and I to know that she is there for us.
