I want to start out by saying, there's not enough praise that I can give Shelly for everything she has done for me! Shelly listed and sold my condo (in contract way above asking by day 3!) but also helped me with my home purchase as well. Shelly took the lead on everything!! Mind you, where I bought and sold was not around the corner from Wellington where her office is located! The way she was able to deal with the very different personalities of the buyers and seller simultaneously is a huge credit to her years of experience. Therefore, making my transition from condo owner to home owner painless and stress free!
