Michelle was very knowledgeable and so helpful throughout the whole selling process. The initial talk was very informative and she guided us through what to expect and things we should do to make the house more sellable. Throughout the process she was always available and explained everything well. Once we went to market, the house got a really great offer within a week and she guided us through the negotiations and closings. We would definitely want to use her again because the whole process was so smooth and as the seller, we were very happy with the outcomes!
