Throughout the process of selling our home, Michelle was incredibly helpful, professional, knowledgeable and kind! We listed our house in a slow market and Michelle stayed on top of different strategies to keep the listing fresh. She always came prepared with data and helped to make decisions based on that. We moved into our new home about an hour away before our house sold and there were several freezes where Michelle went out of her way to make sure our house was prepared for the weather so we didn’t have to make the drive. Michelle isn’t your average realtor she gets to know you first and then talks business. She remains calm and professional throughout every interaction and that definitely put me at ease since selling your home in today’s market is overwhelming. My husband was transferred to the North Dallas region, and although we knew several realtors in the area, we asked for permission from my husband’s company to use Michelle! She was very well known in our community, and I knew we were in the best hands from the moment we met with her. She truly put our minds at ease, as she answered many questions and gave us insight about the market and what to expect. We had a very desireable lot in our neighborhood, and my only two requests were that she come up with a very nice “summary” of our home & lot for the listing to show how special it was, and, I requested that the photo shoot be done at dusk. I knew that these two things would highlight the best parts of our home, and speak to the buyers! Michelle nailed both! From setting the price, to wording the listing, and guidance for the photo session, she just completely nailed it! We had our first offer in an hour and a half! When it came down to negotiating and choosing the best overall offers, she wowed us both with her knowledge and finance savvy! She completely blew us away with how she took one offer and explained why they might have been a risky offers based on one thing or another, even though the $$ offer looked good. Because of her knowledge, and attention to the details, we were able to avoid any issues, avoid losing a better offer, and choose an offer that worked best and was financially sound. Aside from Michelle’s skills, she was so kind and patient with us as she answered all of our questions, and was always a phone call away! We absolutely loved working with her, and felt so lucky to have her as our realtor! If you are on the fence about choosing a realtor, give her the opportunity to answer your questions, and ask her what she can do for you! You will not be disappointed, and she will give everything she’s got as she works for you! We were so incredibly blessed to have her working on our behalf, and we sold our home for well over asking price!
