Michelle Plunkett

Michelle is dedicated, knowledgeable and hard-working. She listened very carefully to what we were looking for in a house, and before we would go and visit a property, she would enumerate why she thought we should take a look based on our needs. She was very knowledgeable about the South Bay housing market in general, and about what to look out for in each individual house; never pushy, always guiding, listening and giving advice. Even after we closed, she was there for us. We wanted to have our house fumigated, because the inspector had seen signs of some termites. For a variety of reasons, it turned out to be a very difficult process to coordinate, but Michelle just kept going, and through her hard work and commitment, she got it done (even after I had myself already given up). I cannot recommend Michelle enough.
