I’ve bought or sold a dozen properties in my life, and I have to say Michelle is without question the best realtor I’ve ever worked with. The sale of my apartment building kept running into difficult surprises, both on the financing side and in the inspections, but Michelle’s professionalism and grace never wavered – she stayed right there with me at every turn. She’s especially brilliant at negotiations; I learned to sit back and watch while she came up with adept, thoughtful responses that were both fair to the buyer and fully protective of my interest. The fact that she used to be an architect really shows in her smarts and creativity and her understanding of every aspect of this industry. Another realtor I know calls Michelle a “quiet powerhouse.” So true. I can only add that I came to totally trust her, and I will forever be grateful to her for making this problematic sale so painless. Next time I buy or sell in Virginia, I will do whatever I can to work with Michelle.
