This is the second time I’ve used Michelle’s services; the first time in 2013 when I purchased my current home, and now in 2021 as I am selling same home. What impressed us about Michelle Perez, when we were searching for a home to purchase in 2013, was that she promptly returned our call, she’s a class act, extremely professional, and has only the best interests for her clients at heart. It was a “no brainer” who we would call to put our home on the market just a few weeks ago; again, she promptly tended to our needs. We received 11 offers within 3 days of the home being on the market, she thoroughly reviewed each offer, categorized them by content, which made it extremely easy to make our decision.
