Excellent choice we made. First Michelle's attitude was very welcoming. She made us feel at ease right away. Nothing felt rushed and our answers were explained in terms we could understand. Then her work ethic was on point. The houses we were shown (about 10) all was what we were looking for. We were very impressed on how fast she gathered her information (4hrs) and had us ready to look for houses. Finally it was Michelle's communication that was key. She was never hard to reach and always ready to answer our questions. It was as if we were at a five star restaurant we never had to ask for something that wasn't already explained to us. My wife and I were very pleased and if we need a realtor or someone else needs one Michelle's our pick.

Michelle was great on communication and going out of her way to find us what we wanted. Took a few months because we were very selective but she never gave up and always sent us options as soon as they hit the market, even when our loan was put on hold she found another lender who finished out our escrow with the same deadline. Always showed up with a smile at every showing and treated us as if we knew her forever!
