We contacted Michelle about placing our home on the market, and she was immediately responsive. Michelle did the compairables of other homes in the area and considered what the demand and markets were doing, and gave us a professional opinion on what our home would sell for. We listed the home just slightly higher than we wanted, and had our first showing within 4 hours. We had multiple showing right away and an accepted offer within 7 days.
