I have been a bilingual (English/Spanish) real estate agent for more than a decade, plus hold several designations and certifications: e-PRO® (NAR’s technology certification), HOC® (Housing Opportunity Certification), AHWD® (At Home with Diversity), SFR® (Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource), CDPE® (Certified Distressed Property Expert), and GCREP® (Green Certified Real Estate Professional). Over the years, I have assisted many distressed homeowners with the sale of their home as a short sale negotiator and continue to do so as a knowledgeable short sale facilitator. I am also a self-taught social media curator and, in my efforts, to further my education/knowledge as a real estate professional I have obtained my Maryland (TIP) Title Insurance Producer license. My Southern Maryland Association of Realtors® awards include: 2013, 2014, 2018, and 2019 Individual Silver Award, 2015 Individual Gold Award for Units Sold and Volume Sold, 2016 Team Gold Award, 2017 Team Bronze Award, and 2018 Hall of Fame Inductee. I love working with both sellers and buyers in Maryland including Anne Arundel County, Calvert County, Charles County, Prince George’s County, and Saint Mary’s County, and I combine my tech, social media, marketing and real estate title knowledge, and negotiation skills to guide my clients through the real estate process in an easy and understandable manner to get them the best deals.

Michelle was an extremely thorough realtor - from the moment I called her, all the way through (and after) the sale of my home. She had a great deal of attentiveness to each and every question I asked throughout the process. She ensured I had every resource and tidbit of advice to show and price my house perfectly. She even used a perfect strategy of when to release the sale to the market resulting in an offer within 3 days. I am confident that I couldn't have decided on a better professional.

Excellent communicator and tireless worker.

Michelle was great. I was located several thousand miles away, selling a rental property and she was able to get the property marketed and sold in a short amount of time. Her skills saved me countless dollars as my property would’ve been vacant, but we were under contract before my tenants moved. Excellent communicator and tireless worker. I would highly recommend for buying or selling.

Michelle Pagan is the greatest I really enjoyed working with her.

Michelle Pagan is the greatest I'm so glad I found her. She worked hard to find my family and I our dream HOME. When we first met Michelle in September of 2017. She asked when did I wanna be in my house I said by my birthday in February she said okay. My husband and I found out house and we closed on my birthday. This was the best birthday gift I've ever gotten. Again Michelle is the greatest I really enjoyed working with her.
