After many years of searching for an affordable ocean access home that would be used as a second, vacation and possibly a rental home, we have the home that eluded us for a very long time. As our realtor, Michelle helped us locate that slice of heaven home and negotiated an extremely favorable deal to secure that dream. As an added bonus, the Southwest Florida home she found for us was on a gorgeous island that feels like the Florida Keys. The best part of the process was that she consistently made sure to keep us informed and updated at every step, with every detail that required our attention and did so in a timely manner. Michelle was also able to keep the listing agent on task and responsive to any issues that required attention from the seller’s end, when it became clear that the same level of service was not present on their side. Along with the many activities that our island home offers, we now have access to great fishing, enjoy endless amounts recreational boating, and experience some of the most pristine beaches found anywhere in Southwest Florida. We also have endless access to amazing scenery and ompletely surrounded by nature. Michelle from the get go was super helpful. As an out of town buyer she spent her valuable time assisting us from over 1000 miles away. Without hesitation she sent us listings of interesting properties as we developed our wants and needs regarding purchasing a second home in FL. On a last minute notice, she setup viewings of three properties that met our criteria while we’re on vacation in the area. We decided to put in a bid on a property and it was accepted same day.
