I moved from Washington to buy my house in Michigan. Doing a remote purchase takes a lot of coordination, and MIchelle was the best. I had a tight 24 hour time period to get my bid in, and she lined me up with the right mortgage people on a weekend to get the pre-approval. She also knew what it would take to get a successful offer in the current market. After the offer was accepted, she worked closely with me to line up the home inspection and even live streamed it for me so that I could see what was happening. The final inspection and closing went smoothly, and I've been in my new house exactly one month. I am completely satisfied with Michelle and will use her again if and when I sell my home.
