Extremely responsive, pro-active and driven to achieve the best possible outcome
We sold our condo in San Carlos with Michelle and she was very pro-active and responsive at every step. She helped prepare and stage the condo prior to the sale (managing all the contractors). The condo went on sale on the expected timeline and was perfectly staged and ready to go. I really loved how Michelle managed the open house and the offers that were presented to us. We finally accepted an offer over asking after 6 days on the market. I strongly recommend Michelle!
