Being a first-time home buyer, I had no clue where to really begin the process, and it all seemed overwhelming and confusing. From the get-go however, Michelle pretty much gave me all the resources in order to make sure the process went smoothly, all the way from finding a house, to getting an inspection done, to setting up utilities and settling in. She was consistent and responsive and I never would be left in the dark if I had a question about something.
