Michelle is a rockstar period. I would recommend Michelle Knight whether she’s at Carpenter or not. I picked her because she was relentless in getting me as a client and came prepared with outcomes and quick solutions to obstacles we had selling our house. She did in one month what a previous realtor could not do in 9 months.
Michelle was great to work with! She made the selling process much easier for us and was very professional.
Michelle and I have worked together for years as to listing real property for sale in Estates, Guardianships & Divorces. She has been very diligent in finding ready, willing & able purchasers. My clients and I are very happy with her professionalism and ability to finalize a closing on the respective real properties involved.

Michelle is so good at her job, very professional and friendly. She went all the way to see that I get the type of house that I desire in the neighbourhood of my choice. She made the process so easy.
