Michelle was hands down the best realtor that I could have imagined working with and here are two reasons why: 1 - She is extremely responsive and quick to answer regardless of the method communication. I've even emailed her at 4:00 AM and got a message back 10 minutes later! 2 - She is a great negotiator and there is no doubt in mind that she will fight to get you the best deal possible. She was able to negotiate no closing costs and a new roof... insane! Whether you are buying your first home like I did or buying your third, I would highly recommend Michelle if you are in the market for a home in the Brevard county area. 10/10
