What I didn't know is that Michelle was able to connect me with a team of contractors to transform a 50-year old neglected residence - it needed everything: new flooring, fresh paint throughout, electrical and plumbing upgrades and 50-years of worn furniture and clutter removed. At a time when getting a contractor just to come for an estimate meant weeks of waiting, Michelle's recommended companies were there almost immediately. All the work, including correcting municipal code discrepancies was completed in less than 2 months. She was then able to officially list the property with photos that brought me a buyer with a premium price, no contingency offer in less than 48 hours and closing in the next 30 days. Exactly what I was hoping for and expected with Michelle as my agent. You'll like and appreciate her too!
