Michelle Malavasi

My family and I recently had the pleasure to work with Michelle Malavasi during our search for a home for our son in Louisville, Kentucky near the University of Louisville. We had a unique situation that she made as simple and smooth as possible. Not only did she need to consider the wants and needs of my husband and I but she had to take into account our 20 year old son's wants and needs as well. The other unique factor was that we live in another state and had to rely on Michelle to help us with various things remotely. Michelle was extremely helpful and accomodating throughout the entire process from the home search process, the offer and contract process, inspections, and closing. Since we live in another state, we had a lot of FaceTime calls with her and she helped us with many things remotely like coordinating inspections, answering lots of questions, and obtaining cost estimates for needed repairs or changes that we identified as needing to be done. Michelle went out of her way to make the entire home buying process as smooth as possible. Michelle is a great person and we feel lucky to have had her as our realtor.
