Michelle soft staged our property so it was very appealing. The property value analysis was right on the mark. We had 2 full price offers within 3 days of being on the market. So the house was priced right given the area and the currently higher interest rates. All of the paperwork was handled without a single glitch. We have bought and sold several houses in our lifetime, and we can honestly say, "This was one of the smoothest real estate transactions we have ever done."
