The best thing about my experience with Michelle Ayer was she took the burden of everything off of my shoulders and I didn't have to worry about anything. We had a booklet made just for us with all the details that we needed to know, including market value of houses around us and what they sold for. She answered all of my questions in a timely manner. We recently sold a home we owned in Beulaville, NC. It had been a rental and was in rough shape. So the house was priced right given the area and the currently higher interest rates. All of the paperwork was handled without a single glitch. We have bought and sold several houses in our lifetime, and we can honestly say, "This was one of the smoothest real estate transactions we have ever done."
