We happened to meet Michelle at an open house she was having and noticed all the little things she did to make people feel welcome. She was also friendly and knowledgeable about the home. Because we loved what she had done, when it was time to sell our home, we knew she had to be our realtor. We could not have been more pleased with her attentiveness to our need and to getting our home sold.
Since my husband and I were trying to find and buy a home long distance. (PA) (CA) . When we stumbled across Michelle at a random open house we had stopped at on one of our numerous visits to AZ. Her friendly smile and enthusiastic knowledge of housing market had us. We’d find houses we liked online and Michelle also had a list on webpage we would look at. If we found one we liked or interested in, michelle would do detailed video walkthroughs. ( Usually the same which we absolutely appreciated ). she pays attention to small details. knowledgeable and if she did not immediately have an answer to any questions we asked she got the answers and responded quickly. My husband and I thought we would never put offer on a house without physically seeing it, but Michelle is beyond helpful and consistent! she did such an incredible job we felt confident in our decision. we saw our house first time at closing. We were very lucky to stumble across Michelle at that random open house, she is friendly and doesn’t make you feel pushed into making any decisions. From start to finish Her knowledge and suggestions were so welcomed. Michelle even checked on our house after closing while we were still out of state trying get moved. She gets the job done!!!! She is amazing!
MIchelle helped me buy a home three years ago and keeps me on current value of my home as well as keeping me posted of local developments in my neighborhood. She is knowlegeable and eager to help with questions as well as knowing various areas to fit budget as well as taking your needs into consideration as to where to buy.
If Michelle feel that your house is worth more than it is she will let you know. And gives good advice when needed at all times
