Michelle Light was incredibly helpful throughout the process of purchasing our first home. We had many questions and she was always available and willing to answer them for us. Michelle was knowledgeable about every neighborhood that we looked at and would provide ample amounts of information about each one. Michelle really works for her clients best interest and is always right by your side when you need her. I would recommend Michelle Light to anyone who is looking to purchase a home.

Michelle helped to make our home buying experience a pleasure. Everything from looking at homes to going to settlement went smoothly. She was always helpful and very knowledgeable in her field. Highly recommend Michelle!

I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Michelle on the sale of our Lake Anna home. Michelle is kind, extremely knowledgeable about the market and a true professional who is willing to find a way to get deals done. She's as adept at listing high end waterfront homes as she is at bringing qualified buyers to the table. And, rather than take a transactional approach, Michelle focuses on the big picture and cares deeply about the long term relationships she has built with her clients. I highly recommend Michelle.

This is the third transaction using Michelle. Two purchases and the sale of our last home. If I could describe what it's like dealing with her throughout these processes. She reminds me of a real estate agent with Angel wings! She is a saint and without her knowledge and assistance in not sure this process would have been as smooth. If I could is give her 12 stars.

Michelle is beyond amazing. She is very professional and knowledgeable. Michelle knew just what pointers to give us to ensure our house sold quick. Within one week of her professional photo shoot and listing, our house was under contract for full asking price. We have now bought two homes and sold one with Michelle and each experience has been a breeze. She ensures everything is taken care of in a timely manner and is done right the first time. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell. You won't be disappointed! 5 stars do not give her the credit she deserves. Her quality of work is worthy of 10!

I have purchased and sold three homes using Michelle over the past several years. Needless to say I would not have come back to her as my agent if she were not doing a top notch job. She continues to provide great service keeping us aprrized throughout the process. She is always available and very knowledgeable of current market trends. I highly recommend if you’re looking for one of the best you need not look any further...

Michelle was the perfect agent! While being extremely professional she also helped you to be excited for the whole experience. She never stops working for you until she gets you what you need. I have a huge amount of respect for her, she is your advocate as your agent. She sold our house within a week of listing and when we were looking for a house she worked tirelessly to not only find us something we loved but something that would work within our budget. I highly recommend Michelle! In my opinion she is the best agent out there and I have used her for several different transactions and I will continue to do!

Michelle was very professional and caring from day one. She was not there to “just sell a house” , she was very honest and upfront with things. If there was something with the house that could be a potential problem she did not hesitate to tell me “this is a problem”. Her caring and honest attitude were amazing! And I would definitely recommend her to everyone!

Michelle was very knowledgeable of the property and the sellers limitations. She always made herself available to set our mind at ease to make our investment the best experience. She went above and beyond to educate my husband and I about the loan we choose to make sure that it was the best choice. Buying or selling is not just a job for her its about making life long changes in a positive direction.
