Great experience selling my townhouse and upgrading to a single family home

Michelle Layton is a fantastic agent. 4 years ago she helped me find this townhouse as a first time home buyer. Her knowledge of the market has given me the opportunity to sell this home for a 25% profit which allowed me to upgrade to a single family home.
