We had a horrible experience selling our home with Michelle. Her lack of communication and lack of knowledge ended up costing my family and I an additional $2500. We also caught her being untruthful in several occasions that caused us to have to move our closing date several times. We actually had to do most of the work leading up to closing because the communication had gotten so bad. When we contacted the brokerage (Berkshire and Hathaway in Westminster, MD) there was very little customer service and equal amount of ineptness on their part.
