Michelle Lane is a dishonest realtor who unfortunately doesn't abide by business ethics. She was the landlord's agent when I was looking for a rental and I had found the listing through a no-fee listings. She has processed my application; it got approved and then she decided to rent the unit to another tenant where she can get a broker fee even though I have applied for the unit earlier. In addition to this mishandling, she has deferred this matter to her colleague and stopped answering my calls.<br/><br/>I strongly discourage any buyers/sellers/tenants/landlords to work with this realtor - I don't think you can trust her for your real estate business.
