Buying a home while living out of state could have been overwhelming, but Michelle and Mishka made the process feel seamless from start to finish. Their communication was incredible; they ALWAYS responded within the hour, and most of the time within 10 minutes or less. I never felt like I was waiting or left in the dark. Michelle and Mishka are an incredible team of realtors. They were patient with us as we dipped our toes into the home buying process. They set us up an MLS search that we received weekly so we could see what the market was like. Once we were ready to start actually seeing homes, they were incredibly flexible on times and showed us as many houses as we wanted to see each time. We looked at 8-10 houses before we found the one. Once we were under contract, they gave us inspector suggestions and scheduled all the inspections we wanted. They were there to guide us every step of the way and we can’t thank them enough. We are so excited to be homeowners and we couldn’t have done it without them! Their no pressure approach was extremely helpful for us as first time homebuyers.
