I worked with Michelle Kurland to buy my first home / investment property (duplex) in the Highlands. She was amazing to work with. Great communication throughout the entire process. She worked to solve a problem very quickly that otherwise would have held up closing for much longer. She also recommended quality home inspectors and arranged for quick repair quotes to be done. She answered all of the many questions I had as a first time buyer. Great experience overall. I look forward to working with her again when I buy another property.
