Michelle Kowalski

I'm not sure what luck brought us Michelle, but we're so thankful that we found her as our realtor! If I could give her more than 5 stars for this review I would. We were first-time homebuyers AND buying in a state we didn't currently reside, in making everything more difficult. The whole process was foreign to us and we were scared to make a bad choice, to not know something important, or to generally be left floundering during any stage of the home buying process, but thankfully Michelle took such good care of us from start to finish. We actually cold-emailed her based on a recommendation for the firm she works with and a quick glance at her bio on their website. She responded within hours and set up a phone call with us. That same day she took us on a FaceTime tour of our favorite house (from zillow searches). We actually loved it so much we put in an offer, but during the wait Michelle took us to FaceTime tour several other houses. She was always responsive and made it seem like it was no inconvenience at all. After our offer was accepted, but we ran into inspection issues she took us to tour several more houses to give us options. She never let us get discouraged and was responsive throughout the entire process. I should also mention this was all going on during the COVID shutdown and she never let that slow us down or worry us. We ended up getting the house we loved, which was a foreclosure adding to the difficulty of obtaining documents and getting the selling bank to respond. Michelle went above and beyond to reach out to the selling agent, the lawyer, etc to make sure things came together for us at closing. Even since move-in we've seen Michelle a few times and she has helped us out with local contacts such as plumbers and electricians. We honestly could not have asked for a better realtor or a better experience! We highly, highly recommend Michelle, especially to other first-time home buyers who need extra help navigating the process.

She was easy to work with and was very knowledgeable of local properties. I would definitely work with her again. Very professional and handled getting us through the closing with ease.
