We were referred to Michelle by our lender. Our introductory phone call with Michelle set the tone for our relationship. She was very cordial and laid everything out in very easy to understand terms. She communicated very well with all components of the transaction (lender, title company, seller agent, etc) One thing that was very important to us was the fact she focuses on just one client at a time.
