Michelle was helpful and knowledgeable, letting us go at our own pace in making the decision to purchase. Her low-key approach was really refreshing, and her information about local resources was invaluable.

Not sure where to start about Michelle! She was the first realtor I met out in the SB\Carpinteria area to buy a home and I was so satisfied there wasn't a need to look further. She's sharp, professional, knows her stuff, very patient (I'm a bit impulsive so this is a HUGE plus for me!), and is really funny\can banter and joke around when we need to (another plus for me since home buying can be stressful). She was extremely quick with getting me all of the paperwork needed (and it was all digital so very easy to get this deal done). Even after the close of our home she's been helping me with resources such as utilities, cleaning, furniture, and more! So grateful to have Michelle and have her on our side during this stressful process. I now consider her my real estate agent but also friend. She's a stud!
