MICHELLE helped the reviewer sell this property

A terrific realtor and human being

Schell is dedicated, professional, warm, smart, and effective. She is really a pleasure to work with. She listed our condo and sold it within two days to the best of 5 overlapping contracts. When the first buyer backed out, she brought forward the second and final buyer within a matter of hours. She then helped us buy a different property 18% below asking price, handling every possible complication with diligence and good will... What a terrific person!
