She was very professional and listened to our needs and wants, and made this whole experience fun, easy, and stress free. Michelle had been emailing me homes for sale on Table Rock Lake and Bull Shoals Lake for quite a while. When I finally found a house I wanted to tour, she asked an agent near the lake to help out. We put a contract on the house immediately after the tour, but things started to go downhill after that. I was running into problems with the agent assigned to the sale and eventually decided to call Michelle to get her opinion. Michelle agreed with everything I was saying about the issues in the contract and immediately contacted the other agent. Michelle ended up taking back the sale of this house so she could help me finalize the contract. I was happy with the final contract and thrilled to have an agent that was willing to fight for my rights rather than just make a quick sale. On the day of closing, Michelle traveled two hours for a final walkthrough of the house with us, then another hour to the title company to be by our side while we closed on the house. Although I was very frustrated by the help given from the first agent, once Michelle took over, I was very pleased with the outcome. If we ever decide to sell this house and boat dock, once it's remodeled, and move to an even larger home on one of the lakes, Michelle will be the first person I call.

I found Michelle on the internet when we requested a tour of one of her listings. We were looking for property in the middle of nowhere, and she made arrangements to meet us there almost immediately. Although we did not buy that property, she arranged video tours for several other properties (we live out of state) very quickly as we found them online. She gave us her honest opinion on each property, and discussed the pros and cons of each one. If we had additional questions about a property she would reach out to the listing agent and get us an answer right away. Michelle always responded to texts, calls, and emails very promptly, and we felt like we were her only clients (although I am sure we were not!) I am not very experienced with buying houses and property, and she did a great job educating me, telling me what was coming up, what to watch for, and what to be prepared for with the loan and purchasing process. One thing I especially appreciated about her was she was always upbeat, positive, and willing to go the extra mile for us. Thanks to her help we did find our dream home. I would highly recommend Michelle Jones to anyone looking for a realtor in the Branson area!
