Michelle is hard working, honest and very responsive. I loved working with her. She walked me through every step with understanding, knowledge and just the right amount of humor. She came with me to closing, then once the keys were mine, she surprised me with a freshly vacuumed house, delicious cookies and a bottle of wine. She took pictures of me with the sold sign and framed it and left it in my new house. As a first time home buyer, I so appreciated the kind and thoughtful touches! I recommend her highly!
