Michellé and her team were amazing

Michellé and her team were amazing. They helped us determine the right amount of staging that would be required to keep expenses low. They did a thorough analysis of the market to help us determine a price that would get the most activity (not too high, not too low) and it paid off more than we had anticipated. Michellé kept our needs and desires at the forefront of the negotiations and offers making sure the other parties knew what was important to us so we could get an offer that minimized any back and forth negotiations. Even when we did have back and forth negotiations, they provided excellent guidance that ultimately benefited all parties. Unlike other experiences I've had with realtors, Michellé and her team always made us feel like we were supported and important. We never felt like she took us for granted or minimized what was important to us and she always advocated for us and our interests. I highly recommend Michellé Hutton and her team and would work them again without any hesitation.
