We worked with Michelle to purchase our first home over the summer of Covid. What could have been a stressful experience went seamlessly with Michelle in our corner. We called a number of agents before landing with Michelle and have no regrets about it. Michelle is knowledgeable about the market, diligent, thoughtful and responsive. She was never pushy but made sure all decisions we made were well informed. Michelle was great at pointing out features in homes that we would not have noticed on our own. She answered any questions we had from property showings, making offers all the way to closing. If she didn't have the answers she would immediately reach out to the sellers' broker and find out what we wanted to know without having to be asked. She also proactively followed up throughout with the other side to try and get us the best information and help us make more competitive offers in what proved to be a super competitive market. With Michelle's expertise, we found a home within a month of looking which was a pleasant surprise as many friends we had took a year or more to find a house. We would highly recommend Michelle whether you are buying or selling. She puts her all into it and makes you feel like you are her only client. We would absolutely work with Michelle again if we buy or sell in the future.

Thanks to Michelle we brought our home in March in Stoneham that we never thought we have a chance competing with other buyer that’s more qualified/with deep pockets. She is very responsive. She keeps me updated on all the offers that we made and make our stress level to the minimum! One thing that she does stand out from other agents that I worked with is that every time my offer got rejected or head a road bump on the inspection she never stop remind me this is a home buying process.
