Working with elderly clients can be difficult and often results in delays in getting legal documents filed which then compounds into delays in closing. As a result, we were able to file the needed petition and get the order allowing the sale of the home w/in 2 weeks of my involvement. My decision to move to Idaho was very spontaneous, and I wanted to complete the move within four months. This included selling my house in California and finding a new home in Eagle.
