My whole experience was handle with ease and professionalism. During a time of uncertainty, they made sure my journey was a smooth one. Mrs. Hayes- Thomas and her staff especially Mrs. Temeco were very knowledgeable and accessible when I needed them. They were even going above and beyond to handle adversity that came up. Michelle Hayes Thomas is the best, & she knows the business of real estate. Why go anywhere else when I have told you that she is the best. You as the purchaser is in the driver seat meaning that she find what you want & what satisfies you. Michelle is very knowledgeable and will work for you from start to finish. Please get a chance to meet her staff & you will know that they are on top of everything that is to be done. I worked with Michelle from Hayes Homes Realty to find my home and I give her 5 stars. Working with Michelle was truly a pleasure and very enlightening. I was referred to her by mother and sister. My mother purchased her house around 20 years ago and she still recommends Michelle to this day. Being a first-time buyer, I was unsure of how the process would go, but after my first conversation with Michelle, I calmed down because I felt that she had my best interest at heart. She really listened to my wants and needs and took them into account when providing me with listings. Any questions that I had; she was always willing to answer. She was very expedient in getting back to me. When the first house that I put an offer on fell through, Michelle reassured me that she would find something better and she did! I fell in love with my house as soon as I saw it and what’s so funny is, she said she knew I would love it when she saw it! This let me know that she takes the time to get know her clients more than just professionally. Also, her staff is wonderful as well. Throughout the closing process, I interacted with her office manager Keisha. Keisha was so professional, but also warm and friendly! I felt like she was genuinely happy for me and wanted to make sure the process went as smoothly as possible. And I must say, it was a relatively seamless! If anyone asks me if I know a good realtor, I will tell them I know an EXCELLENT one and send them straight to Hayes Homes Realty!

To say Michelle is amazing will be an understatement. She's phenomenal! I've never met anyone so kind and patient. She moved at my pace and wasn't rushing me to settle on anything. This is my first home buying experience and she made sure I understood everything. She answered all my questions and was there for me through everything no matter what time of day it was. At times I honestly thought I was the only client because of so much attention she showed me. She stated over and over, "Ms. Jones I'm here for you!" Let's not forget the lovely Ms. Jo who is exceptional in her own rights. She too made sure that I was well taken care of. Those ladies didn't just sell me a house, they sold me a home and if I had to do the process all over again my choice of choosing them will be the same. I really can't say thank you enough.

Michelle was extremely helpful and patient with our requests. It took us little longer than originally anticipated to find our home but she was professional and accommodating. I would refer her to anyone who wants to buy a home in this area!
